Terri Lynn Cardona, MS, SPHR, known to friends and colleagues as “tlc” adds the depth of experience and knowledge to the Human Resources function for Equinox. Having spent the early years of her career in Front Line Restaurant Operations, she combines her passion for employee engagement and creating high performing teams, with a deep understanding of what it means to manage the day-to-day operation that create Guest and Ownership satisfaction. 

Terri Lynn is an industry thought leader in all aspects of HR, from compensation and benefits, training and development, and employee engagement to the use of technology, processes, and systems to create high performing work environments. She has spearheaded significant changes that have produced cost savings, improved efficiencies, and mitigated risks for companies she has worked for including Prometheus Real Estate Group, W San Francisco, and Golden Gate Doughnuts, a Krispy Kreme Franchise.

A native of the San Francisco Bay Area, she holds a B.A. from San Jose State University, and an M.S. in Instructional and Performance Technology from Boise State University. She loves to train and mentor future leaders, and when not “on the clock”, volunteers for SHRM-NorCal to prepare future HR Leaders for the SHRM Certification, works with Upwardly Global as a mentor to immigrant job seekers and serves on the National Resolution Team for Delta Zeta National Sorority.
