David has been in the business of real estate acquisition and development for over 30 years, beginning his career under the guidance of one the most successful commercial brokers in the Dallas/Fort Worth Metroplex, Michael E. Costanza, Sr.  In his early career, Mr. Konen did investment analysis, commercial management, and acquisition and sales of property for investors, helping clients achieve record returns in the expanding Texas market.  Eventually, Mr. Konen would transition from broker to attorney, and staying true to his roots, would open a practice solely focused on assisting clients with the acquisition, development, and management of real estate assets.  Mr. Konen has helped clients successfully deal with a wide range of issues from eminent domain, intellectual property, government regulatory issues, landlord/tenant disputes, construction issues, mineral development, contract negotiations, and corporate governance.

Mr. Konen obtained his bachelor’s degree from The University of Texas at Austin before going on to obtain his juris doctorate from the Texas A&M School of Law.
