Arnie Fleischman has served as a manager and executive at various hotels and hospitality companies in California, Illinois, Nevada, and New York, among others. With over 25 years of experience in the hospitality industry, Mr. Fleischman was handpicked by the Pritzker family to oversee the development and eventually the management of Hyatt’s flagship property—the Hyatt Regency O’Hare near Chicago.

His outstanding hospitality and sales & marketing background was noticed by Steve Wynn when he was hired to develop and operate the highly successful Golden Nugget property in Atlantic City. In addition, his marketing expertise is currently being utilized by Allied Integrated Marketing, one of the largest entertainment marketing companies in the United States.

Mr. Fleischman holds an associate degree in hotel management from New York City College of Technology. He is a member of Hospitality Sales & Marketing Association International (HSMAI) and the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM).
